"I have been working with this location for years. I stayed with this office after moving & still enjoy working with the staff. Everyone is professional and so helpful, I have had opportunities to switch but my loyalty has been built over many years. Today I had an automotive issue due to weather & was connected with roadside assistance. I wasn’t expecting much since it was a very cold Monday & the other issues were probably far more urgent than my own. I was contacted by the service and given a very reasonable time window. A gentleman called to verify where I was and was not only incredibly polite but extremely professional. In minutes I was driving to the mechanic to get a new battery. For an unpleasant Monday morning experience it was actually amazing on all counts. Not having to pay for a jumpstart/tow or jump through hoops to get to the mechanic was spectacular."
